You will have email support between sessions to address questions and concerns.
Schedule 2 private online sessions with me. In the first session, I will learn more about you and your life with diabetes, diabetes challenges and triumphs. We will identify your challenges and goals. The second session will review your progress and make sure you’re on track.

Are You Ready? Work With Me!
If you’re ready to stop stressing over your blood sugars, you’ve come to the right place.
There will be 2 private sessions. The first session will take place before the program begins and the second one will take place after the second live session. You will receive a link to my calendar. You will be responsible to schedule your 2 private sessions.
In each interactive session, you will focus on your personal goals (for example, tweaking your food choices, making changes to stabilize blood sugar spikes) and complete your interactive exercises. You will receive feedback, support and guidance.
You will receive instructions about how to log in and register. You will be able to participate from a desktop, tablet or your phone. If you are unable to participate in the live session, you will have access to the recorded session.
You will first complete a questionnaire so I learn about your unique
diabetes journey and together we will establish goals. The key is for you
to gain knowledge, confidence, and skills to manage your diabetes like a
pro!

peer-support while receiving personalized attention.
● Wants to learn about self-care, reduce food anxiety and learn how to
manage blood sugar and feel strong and confident.
● Work together for three months to reach your goals and feel positive.
● Work together for 9 weeks to reach your goals and feel positive.
Research has shown a drop in A1c (three-month blood sugar level
average) of 1-2% in individuals with type 1 and type 2 diabetes in 3-6
months. And that is not all!! Working with a diabetes educator also
showed better blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
There are different goals to achieve: some are called behavioral
goals. When you change what you do, you will most likely see results.
The results are not the same for every person.
