The Barriga Llena, Corazon Contento y Saludable presentations were developed for Hispanic persons with diabetes. Barriga Llena, Corazon Contento’s literal translation is “full belly, happy heart.” “Y Saludable” (and healthy) was added to the title to underscore the importance of keeping a full belly along with a happy and healthy heart.
